Payment modalities

1. cash payment at the cash desk.

2. by EC card - Please contact your financial institution in advance to agree the limit set by your bank. 

3. by credit card -We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Bidders will receive an invoice by email immediately, which must be paid within 5 days. Please refer to the shipping instructions on the invoice. (Verpackung und Versand).

For your safety and ours, we ask our foreign customers to present a copy of a valid ID card and a valid credit card when bidding.



Please note that we do not have storage facilities.
We kindly ask you to collect the auctioned items within 14 days after the auction. Please make an appointment.

Unpaid objects will be removed from storage after 14 days without consultation.

Dispatch and shipping costs

Please contact one of the following companies directly or commission a forwarding agency of your choice.

The objects are shipped exclusively at the expense, risk and peril of the buyer.

We do not accept any liability for damage caused after handover to the respective transport company.

Please collect your auctioned goods within two weeks after the auction. After that time we are forced to charge storage fees due to lack of space.
